115 Solutions Pty Ltd (TM) as a Company, is a highly passionate team of Project and Account Managers who are dedicated to providing only the best service to your organisation. The Company commenced trading in 2001 and boasts some large, and small jobs it has Project Managed successfully.

The Company is divisionalised into Project Management, Account Management, Call Centre/Help Desk and Accounts. These people are all passionate about providing the right service the first time. 60 years experience does not happen over night....

Call Centre

We have initiated a Web Based Service Scheduling Software log-in ability to some of our clients where they have access to our system and can log their own fault reports. The system will notify our Call Centre and will also initiate an email to the Client's Head Office to notify them of the service activity. Once the service call is completed in the field, the Software is updated and reporting can be prepared. The Head Office can see, in real time, the serviceability of all the stores in the Network

As noted earlier, 115 Solutions has just expanded into Managed Services where we can now provide a fully provisioned service offering to ensure your entire Network is kept in peak operating condition – from the down-loading of fresh Content to the display of this Content in the Stores within your Network. The Call Centre is responsible for monitoring the Network and reporting any failures whether it is a Software, Hardware or Communications problem – and then sending the appropriate Tradesperson to make good the problem.

All fault occurrences are reported to our Service Scheduling Software and reports are available to the Customer in real time. To date we are providing this service to Eye Corp and Allphones and ensure their VPN's are active and remain reliable so that the Media Content is current and being displayed.

These services and all of the service co-ordination is controlled by our passionate service people in Nowra NSW.

AV Install Team

Our AV Installation Teams are local businesses who work closely with us and we have specialist Project Managers who work with these teams - all veterans in the AV installation fields. 115 has Project Managed numerous roll-outs and installations such as the Hilton Hotel Sydney and this team has also recently completed the Lenards Chicken Trial roll-out plus managed the Retravision RTV Project connecting some 7000 TV's to a HD AV system.

Our teams are based right here in Sydney and are willing to travel to other cities and towns if required to have your project/s completed with utmost confidence.
